My stay was lovely here. This hotel was amazing, with welcoming service and stunning location close to the conference centre via the canal walk. The breakfast was great and large with coffee, tea, croissants, toast and cereals.

The owner and his family were very helpful and provided an excellent service overall. One small point that was rectified straight away was the lack of additional towels and tea spoons, as mentioned very minor points

A lot - the owner, the room and the breakfast
It was a bit away from the centre of town, but the manager really helped getting us sorted on that.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good in the beds were good. The location is quiet near to the city center.
The price is a little bit high for the given standard but Edinburgh is not the cheapest city...
